Shipping Cost & Transit Time

Our shopping cart will show you all available options and costs.  Just add the items you want to the cart.  Then enter your country, state or province, and zip or postal code.  Click "Estimate" and all the available options and costs will appear.  It's that easy!  See "Shipping Costs & Transit Time" for further info.

Quotations:  A Quotation with shipping costs is easy to obtain.  Go about it as if you were creating an order, but instead of selecting a payment option, choose "Quotation Only".  Once submitted, we both will receive an e-mail that you can print for review and approval.  When you are ready to complete the order, you can convert it to an order in the cart, or call (303) 278-2556 with your credit card info.

On-line orders are easiest and fastest for us to process.  This provides us with a "hard copy" of items ordered and shipping address and significantly reduces the chances for error.  For this reason, please place orders on-line through this web site.  If you are unable to submit your credit card information on-line, please create a "Quotation" (see "Quotations" above).  Once you receive it, call (303) 278-2556 with your credit card info.

Note: website orders with expedited shipping (Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) have priority, and if placed by 1:00 PM Denver time, will ship that day.

Order Minimums:

On-line orders paid with a credit card have a $10.00 minimum.
Purchase Orders have a $100.00 minimum (see below).

Purchase Orders with 30-day payment terms ($100.00 minimum) are accepted from libraries, hospitals, fire departments, universities, and governmental entities.  All orders less than $100 may be placed on-line with a credit or debit card.
