IDENTI-TAPE^® ORDERING TIPS

NOTE 1:  After selecting your items and entering your address information, you will last enter your credit card data into a SECURE page for processing.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Upon completing an order, you should receive an e-mail sales receipt showing your items and costs.  If you select "Save as Quote" as the payment method (instead of a credit card), you will receive a quotation by e-mail that can be mailed with a check or faxed with payment information.

NOTE 3:  We now have a minimum order amount of $25.00.  Orders totaling less than $25.00 (before shipping) will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee.  International orders are subject to a $100.00 minimum.

NOTE 4:  Purchase Orders ($100.00 minimum) are accepted from universities, educational institutions, hospitals, libraries, governmental entities, and large businesses.  All other businesses, please review our Purchase Order Rules.

NOTE 5:  International Orders (except those to APOs) must be for a minimum of $100.00 and must choose UPS Worldwide Expedited (see instructions).  Canadians may select "Canada Standard", and be sure to view this Link.  Any brokerage, customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility at time of delivery. 

NOTE 6:  Orders weighing 2 pounds or less may be sent (at our option or by request) via USPS Priority Mail for a 2-3 day delivery.
