Please note that for application to clothing and outerwear, no adhesive reflective tape is permanent.  For temporary use on clothing, Engineering Grade and High-Intensity tapes are fine, but will eventually fall off.  For outerwear that will not be washed, 3M SOLAS or High-Gain Sheeting (3M 7610) are recommended.  For permanent application to clothing, use Sew-on or Iron-on (heat-transfer) reflective materials.
