2-inch Gaffer Tape -  Identi-Tape stocks 10 colors of premium quality gaffer tape in 2" width by the roll, and 2", 3" and 4" by the carton in black.  Gaffer tape is a 12-mil thick vinyl-impregnated cloth tape with a non-reflective matte finish.  It has excellent adhesion (60 oz/in), clean removal, abrasion and water resistance.  Gaffer tape is more supple and conformable than duct tape and is used by film crews for shoots, stage sets, and at conventions for securing wires, cables and props.  It has a great number of miscellaneous uses and tears easily into smaller strips, adhering better and longer than duct tape to difficult surfaces.  2-inch gaffer is available in 13 standard and 4 bright fluorescent colors (that glow under UV light).  2" is not recommended for hoops - see 1-inch width.  Also see below our "black & yellow" hazard-striped cloth duct tape.  Cartons of 2" (24 rolls), 3" (16 rolls), and 4" (12 rolls) are available in any color.  Specify the color in the "comment box" upon checking out.  These tapes comply with the European U:nion RoHS directive, which strictly limits/prohibits the concentrations of lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, PBBs, and PBDE.
