Identi-Tape can ship to Canada by two UPS methods: "Canada Standard" (equivalent of Ground) and "Worldwide Expedited" (2-3 day air). Shipments to Canada are subject to Canadian import duties, general, and provincial sales taxes (GST & PST). Additionally, Canada Standard shipments are subject to UPS BROKERAGE fees (2nd table below). Identi-Tape does NOT collect these. In some cases, the sum of Canadian taxes and UPS brokerage fees may approach the value of the tape ordered.Please review the TWO tables below to estimate the amount of duties, taxes, and fees you will have to pay UPS to take delivery of your package. It is your responsibility to know the amount of these taxes and duties. Identi-Tape will NOT accept return of refused packges and will NOT issue refunds on orders to Canada. WHEN TO PAY: When your package enters customs in Canada, UPS will give you a call and advise you of what the duties, taxes and brokerage fees are. They will ask you then if you want to pay them with a credit card. If you don't and tell them you'll pay them upon delivery, they will charge an additional "COD" fee of $4.25. Good luck, eh?
